Performance Evaluation of Omni-Channel Distribution Network Configurations considering Green and Transparent Criteria under Uncertainty

Satisfying customer demand is one of the growing concerns supply chain managers. On other hand, development internet communications has increased online demand. In addition, COVID-19 pandemic for shopping. One useful concepts that help to address this concern omni-channel strategy, which integrates and traditional channels with aim improving service level. For purpose, paper proposes an algorithm evaluating Omni-channel Distribution Network Configurations (OCDNCs). The applies extended Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model evaluate OCDNCs based on cost, service, transparency, environmental criteria; then, forms a consensus evaluation results generated according different criteria by utilizing uncertain optimization model. To best our knowledge, first attempt in such been employed take into account mentioned OCDNCs. application proposed models was investigated case study relation Indian retail industry. show configuration most connections among its members stable, robust, efficient.
